Speaks for itself. Mine's this, Classic Doctor Who fans will know of this one:
From Earthshock, 1981.
I love Doctor Who! Can't wait for the 50th, I hope they throw in a lot of clips from the original show :)

Éponine's whole entire subplot in the musical version (and by extension, the new movie) of Les Misérables. That is all.
Les Misérables was a tearjerker itself. I thought Fantine singing I Dreamed a Dream was rather saddening.
True, Les Mis on the whole is definitely a tearjerker, but Éponine's subplot hit me the hardest. Her actress in the high school production I saw absolutely nailed the role.
....although, there's one moment in the movie that might one-up it, where Javert kneels beside the body of Gavroche and pins his medal of valor on him, all under an instrumental of "Bring Him Home".
At that point, I almost completely broke down.
No movies have been tearjerking me, but usually, PMD endings does their job right.
The forth, third and second ranked assassins in no more heroes two.
The forth ranked and sixth ranked from the first game count as well.
Another one was when Navi flew away in Ocarina of Time. Sure, she's annoying, but I couldn't help crying.
