I have almost every pokemon shiny exept legendary's. I got some through tradeing and some through hatching eggs, using what's called the madusa effect.
I only have two. Exploud(White)-Random Encounter (Traded from Emerald, then from HeartGold) Linoone(White)-Random Encounter (TRaded from Ruby, then from HeartGold. Had no idea what a shiny was at the time.)
I found a Marowak and Basculin randomly, and I chained for a shiny Ralts and Silcoon. I am currently breeding for a shiny Heatmor.

Shiny Red Gyarados (part of storyline) Houndour (Unexpected Poke Radar find*, already gone) Munchlax (traded) and that's it. *=I was looking for a Rhyhorn. I stepped on a rustling patch that I thought was sparkling. And I found a chain breaker, but a good one--the Shiny Houndour. It has Roar...and it is close! If it Roars, I lose a Shiny.
