A lot of things. Its design, its cuteness that reatins from its basic form, the fact that it can absorb souls like a boss despite its appearance, its typing, 145 Sp. Attack, ALL of its abilities (mine had Flash Fire), and simply because I like Ghost-types. Oh, and on top of that, the normal form is purple-blueish and the shiny one is orange-yellowish, two of favourite colour combinations. So yeah, that makes it one of my favourite Pokemon overall. :3
