PSCC Spring 2010 Splice Contest~Rules & Disscusion

Well since I've accepted the request to be owner I thought I would start off by starting a new contest. The rules are simple:

1. The theme is a pokemon the embodies one of the many aspects of spring, these aspects change each round.

2. Up to four pokemon may be used in the splice.

3. Each round is 3 days in length.

4. Each splice has to be a new one, no using ones you hasve previously made.

5. Have fun!

Also we'll need 3 judges to judge the splices, there will be 6 rounds, with the 6th one being the championship round. There will be 12 spots so just like the other contest post if you'll enter.

Can I judge and enter?

You can't both judge AND enter, Shadow Lugia.

And saying that, I may judge if your excellency JWish agrees. Nah, I can't enter.

I'll enter then.

In which case, I'll be the final judge, if Jirachi's Wish so... uh... wishes.
