So who else hates the massive lag in wifi matches, and has anyone found any way to get rid of it?
Nope, but it sucks! SSB4 needs to have good Wi-fi like MKWii.
I can't imagine how many times I was winning, and all it took was a lag to bring me to my downfall.
i just tried to play, i got a stopwatch out after about a min because there was just under 2 sec of lag between me hitting the button and actually jumping.
Try this: http://www.amazon.com/Wii-LAN-Adapter-Nintendo/dp/B000MXDT80 Your connection may be bad, wired connections lag less. And also, if you think brawl has lots of lag, try Halo 2/3, it freezes a lot and says "Setting Up Connection" and lags.

Believe it or not, I've never had any Wi-Fi lag. Some of my games lag every now and then when I'm playing multiplayer, though, Wi-Fi or not. Specifically Dawn of the Dragon.
