Probably Patrick, then Squidward. If I had to choose. Everyones funny, lol.
All three neighbours. It wouldn't work without them. If Patrick left, Spongebob would continue to be normal and scarily organised and occasionally irritate Squiadward. If Spongebob left, Patrick and Squidward would become best friends purely out of desperation, like that episode where Squidward causes a fight between Spongebob and Patrick. And if Squidward left, well, that wouldn't be fun, would it? xD
^ Agreed. They're pretty much the 3 main characters to be honest. Something about watching Squidward suffer because of those two just "makes" the show. It just wouldn't be the same. And all three of them are my favorites too.
