since slifer is an egyptian god, i can't actualy use it in a tornament. so tecnicaly the blue eyes shining dragon is my strongest

Arcana Force are pretty fun to do. XXI - The World's turn-skip effect is just badass.
If we're talking attack points, my strongest monster would be Nitro Warrior. 2800 Attack, AND an effect that gives it 1000 more if you play a spell card. But if we're talking straight-out best monster, then I'd say Stardust Dragon. It's effect is awesome. It's like Magic Jammer and Seven Tools in one, only it's re-usable!
i just firgured out a way to us blue eyes shining dragon with out a blue eyes ultamite dragon! all you have to do is remove it from play, the use return from the difirent demension!
