What songs do you LOVE in any of the (currently) four anime series? Season zero counts as well. Easy choice for me. Jack's Battle Theme is hands-down my favorite track out of the whole franchise. It's so badass, and it makes me want to dance every time I hear it. I'm dancing to it right now. I also like Crow's Battle Theme, and Yusei's second Battle Theme, Yuma's Theme, and Brilliant Strategy (or whatever it's called) from ZeXal.

Wait, so we're counting opening themes? Oh, then I have more to mention. Yu-Gi-Oh! (Season Zero) - OP and ED Yu-Gi-Oh! (DM) - OP 4 and 5 Yu-Gi-Oh! GX - OP 1, 3, and 4 + ED 2, 3, and 4 Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's - OP 2 and 3 + ED 3 Yu-Gi-Oh! ZeXal - OP 1, 2, and 3 + ED 1, 2, and 3 I think ZeXal has the best OP and ED songs.
I don't know. You made this. If not, I honestly don't know. I watch for the card games, not the music.
Oh, well, when I said "BGM," I thought that would mean only music used in each episode, not opening and ending themes. But if that's also how it can be interpreted, then I guess OP and ED songs count here.

Refrains from making a derogatory comment about how the original Yu-Gi-Oh! is the worst for everything... GX, 5D's, and ZeXal FTW! No, I kid, I kid. The original is all right. ...mostly.
I love the song Hopeless Battle from 5d's. Definitely my favorite. I also like a song from Zexal but I still have no idea what it's called. As for opening and endings, I love the second Zexal opening and I like the 2nd ending from GX.
Hopeless Battle from 5d's, Kyosuke Kiryu's Theme from 5d's, Haruto Tenjo's Theme from Zexal, The second Zexal ending and opening, and Yusei Fudo Battle Theme 2 from 5d's. I also like the song from Zexal called "The Numbers Hunter".
