I'm in! Sapphire has the best graphics out of all the games, in my opinion. Diamond/Pearl is just overdone. I love the way the wild grass appears in Sapphire, I love the diversity of the region.. I love everything!
So guise, what's your favorite part in Hoenn? I personally like the music and secret bases the most. :O
I love all of it, but sootopolis is my favorite place (see my location). The music is awesome! Diamond/Pearl graphics are just overdone. I like being somewhat two-dimensional!
I like the secret bases (EV training so much easier).
My current secret base is in the ash-covered route. It's so easy to collect ash now; just use my black flute and run around. I have a scale of note mats. I love running up and down my octave.
I like almost eveything in the Hoenn region... from the cool pokemon it houses to the great environments it has... the music is great and... the Battle Frontier... it's the best place for a trainer to be... and, of course, the Contest Hall for those who love it...
I think exploring might be my favorite thing to do in RSE now, though. I've been going around with my two HM slaves and going item hunting, secret base making and... collecting ash. I find that going on Route 113 with a "fresh" egg (As in it has little-to-no steps on it) with a ton of Max Repels is a good way to time yourself on ash collecting. Man I need to get more PokeDollars on Emerald though *_* I'm totally burning out my trainer's wallet by buying TMs and decorations for my base, lol.
