I loved it.
I felt it started off too slow, but once Ron came back everything was great. The Malfoy Manor scenes could not have been better, and I particularly enjoyed the animated explanation of the Deathly Hallows. All in all a good movie.
it was good, but the wedding sorta let me down a bit :/ and they took out the bit where Draco (the babe XD) covers and says he doesn't recognise the trio, even though he does. everyone called draco a coward, but i dont think he is. i mean, you'd be terrified too, if the dark lord set up camp in your house...

It was very accurate to the book, I must say. They kept several pieces of dialogue practically verbatim from the book, the least-expected of which was almost certainly George Weasley's "I'm holey" joke. At the same time, they did make a few alterations, most of which I felt were absolutely justified—particularly making Hedwig's death more meaningful. It felt....very different from the previous films, though. I can't decide if it was just the lack of Hogwarts or what. Meh, maybe I've just been watching the first two films too often. Alexandre Desplat's score is good, but it isn't John Williams by any means. I confess myself disappointed that Williams will not be returning for Part II. All-in-all, good movie. It has its shortcomings, but then, doesn't everything?
