It's not officially canon yet though due to Ruby "forgetting" and the lack of signs they were actually together (though Ruby sooo got Jealous and Protective when Palace Maven Spenser got a little too close to Sapphire!) during the Emerald Arc. D: I wish Ruby would just be a man and ASK HER OUT! D:
