    see in Blackjack, the goal is to get your cards to add up to a total of 21 (or as close to it as you can get without going over.) And having a total of 11 or 12, you will always take another card, which is called 'hitting.' So basically, the joke is that by saying that Flannery is an 11/12 in blackjack, you're saying that you'd hit that anytime, anywhere.
