It's a toughie. But the moment, in the dub, where Mirai Trunks transforms into a Super Saiyan for his inaugural time of the anime, in the Mirai Trunks special's dub. It's deeply sobering and lugubrious, IMO, but Eric Vale is so good and articulate that I can feel the pain expressly in his voice, quite agreeably palpably. Though the transformation is more pronounced in the Seiyuu's sedulous portrayal, in my ears.
When Frieza kills Krillin.
Mine has to be when Goku arrives on the scene when Frieza is about to finish off Vegeta. The moment just gives me goosebumps as Frieza seems unstoppable but then our hero arrives and the mood changes from one of despair to one of hope. Goku just seems to permeate with the sense that everything is going to be ok and of course that turns out to always be the case as he is the main character but this scene just stands out in my mind. Gohan, in the episode "Goku's noble decision" encapsulates this scene the best as he describes Goku as just walking forward. The music in both the Japanese and English dubs further enchances the scene. I could name several other scenes that I thought were epic but this one is probably my favorite.

^"I'm the strongest coffee candy in the world!" lol If it's Dragonball Z, then I like when Piccolo is training Gohan because Piccolo is win. But if GT counts... when Pan gets really mad and blows up the robot dude in Episode 19. Win.
I read the manga, but have a grasp of what the best scenes are like My favorite is Goku's first SSJ transformation and his rematch with Frieza Just as everything seems fine again, Frieza reveals himself and the situation seems hopeless. Then, with krillin dead/owned and piccolo wounded, all seems lost until Goku suddenly transforms. it doesn't seem like much but things suddenly start looking better, slightly bleaker with Frieza's full power, but it doesn't last long and the battle comes to an unexpected finish, both epic and odd in some aspects.
Majin Buu Vs Supreme Kai
MY favorite is probably when goku goes to 20x kaio ken and fires that final kamehameha at frieza. I know it just hurt his hand, but that blast was epic.
