In D/P/Pl/HG/SS, it'd be an acceptable in-game set, being all Physical. But on Wi-Fi? Get a better set. And a good nature. And EVs.

    Totally agree with Sharking.

Sorry. In gen. 3 the hyper beam/adamant combo was good. I need to get with the times.

no he is best suited for pyshical attacks, dragon claw, is better than outrage because any trainer will switch and use an ice base attack as soon as he is locked.you should mix his attacks though, thunderbolt, ice beam, my favorite earthquake and stone edge

Rayquaza's awesome offensive stats along with its vast movepool make him one of the strongest dragon-type Pokemon.

Definitely. That (and its high stats in general) is the reason why it's Uber.

I have just trained a modest Rayquaza.
    Moves:
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Heatwave ( It's made for double battles)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Blizzard (I'm thinking of replacing this with Ice Beam)
    Item: Life Orb
EVs: 252 sp. attack, 252 speed, 6 HP

A set that provides great coverage. If only Blizzard had better accuracy...

Blizzard had better accuracy in Gen I. It's a helpful move in double battles as it hits both foe's Pokemon and does lots of damage to them. I'll keep it, I guess.
