Rate each Season!

Frontier is meh for me because of the Takuya and Kouji show that the Royal Knights arc really boiled down to. I still have a lot of interest in it because of the twins and Takuya, but I hated, hated, hated how all the other characters - including Kouichi who had barely just made the cast - were just casted aside as Takua/Kouji got beaten EVERY. SINGLE. EPISODE. It just got tired and repetitive.

I have to agree with you there, they didn't really give the others enough chance to shine... but it's still the favourite season no matter what! XD

Really? I found everyone got time to shine. They get focused on the episodes they get their spirits. And when they were inside Sephirotmon, each one of them got screentime and character development.

Yup, and all we could do was wonder what went wrong! Even though Hyper Spirit Evolution is my favourite evolution (largely due to the kick-ass theme song) I still kinda felt empty inside, coz they didn't give Kōichi his own separate full beast spirit evolution (he only ever slide evolution-ed in the series) and they only gave the Double Spirit Evolution to Takuya and Kōji only and not the others.. I always remembered thinking, why did Serraphimon's egg had to hatch so soon???? Other than that, I didn't really mind anything, it was kinda obvious from the start that Takuya and Kōji were the strongest amongst the group anyway, so it was only natural the spirits combined in the two of them for their getting their butts kicked by the LoadKnightmon and Dynasmon.
