If Cilan got the Death Note, who do you think he would kill? We all know he is evil, so he would probably enslave everyone and threaten to kill them if they didn't follow his commands. What do you think?
He'd toy with Burgundy for a bit - make her a paranoid wreck - before killing her with a Death Note. The death would be indignant and sad.
