I'm writing a fanfic, which is a re-write of the BW series and it includes Dawn as a main character and N and Team Plasma is the main antagonist.

I like Platinum, her development of characterization is enjoyable, she slowly letting in Diamond & Pearl, as they journey together finally revealing her name to them. She also appears very knowledgeable, when it comes to Pokémon battles. As for Mitsumi, I do like her; she is her own person, standing out from Dawn & Platinum. Her story, from Team Galactic covert to ally of Hareta is also a good one; I like how she isn’t so black & white, with the effects of her upbringing via Team Galactic, influencing her as a person. She is also a very powerful & talented Pokémon trainer, who genuinely cares about her Pokémon. If anything Dawn’s manga counterparts are, in some ways more interesting than Dawn herself is to me. Despite that, they lack her sunny irrepressibly positive demeanour, which is the main reason I like Dawn as a character.
I actually thought she looked older than Ash in BW. Mostly because of his eyes.
