The idea of this group is that we can share resources that will be useful for careers in writing.
I've limited it to British & Irish writers because when I say resources I'm not just talking about writing improvement resources etc., but writing opportunities, eg. short story writing competitions, how to find agents, and that sort of thing: stuff that's different from country to country. I ask that writers not based in UK don't join this group, but I encourage you to create a group for your own country.
Please share anything you have. I have a few things that I think could be useful. I think if we work together, we can make great progress. Did you know throughout literary history, groups of very successful writers have all known each other in advance of becoming successful? Well, there's no reason why we can't be the next generation of British writers.
