Well. Most of us are glad that they don't because we were getting sick and tired of them "improving" anime. It's not their job to compose a show that's already been composed. If the dub has different music as well as a "punch-up" script and improper voice acting, then you're watching a completely different show, not the actual show that originally came from Japan. Most of us don't want a different show, we would like the actual show properly presented in it's original form (An english dub that has original music, accurate script, and proper voice acting.)It's rather unfortunate that most dub companies don't hire music composers anymore.
