Well, I'm watching an episode of Malcolm in the Middle and a moth flying around.

I can hear my grandma speaking through the phone via speaker.

Adam Buxton's Bug is on tv in the background. Also, traffic outside, my computer fan and the Blue Peter theme tune the ice cream man is playing, driving around outside.

I hear the tap running downstairs.
