Yes, I often get less than eight hours of sleep. But trust me, it's much worse on weekends. I make it a point to sleep much later that 12 on such days. Like 3-4 am.
Re: What time did you go to bed last night and wake up this morning? Went to sleep at like 11:30 last night, and woke up at 7:40 this morning. I need to get eight hours of sleep on my day off into the next work day, or else I'd never be able to face the day.
