Thread: Longest you've ever gone without sleep?

Sleep? What is this "sleep" you keep talking about?

Without stimulants or any focus/activity of any kind, I suppose I've not gone on longer than 48 hours. After which point your brain juuuust shuuuuts dddooowwwwwnnnnnnn....

About 21 hours and I couldn't handle it, I usually feel like I have a cold when I go without much sleep... I promise myself to never pull an all nighter, ever... Lol. Gonna be hard though seeing as I'm a uni(or college) student. I really don't know how people can pull all nighters and not look/feel tired the next morning...

You are a uni student, you will pull at least one all nighter by November.

And the answer to the second part is that you do feel tired. You just pound a Red Bull and keep going.

3 weeks i appearantly had a bad case of insomnia then i practicly passed out

Wimp nothing. If I stay up too long (at most 19 hours), I typically want to sleep almost as long. I'm constantly tired, especially during school months.

I'll go to school, sometimes go home and take a nap and still be ready for bed later that night.

60 hours (and then some). I had just bought Okami for Wii in 2008, and I played about 18 straight hours, then stayed up for a WHILE.

About 22-24 hours
Felt terrible at the end of it...

Maybe 23 hours. Insomnia would be serious if not dealt with.

Now i'm off to sleep.

I never counted how many hours i spended without sleeping, but when i went to Rio de Janeiro to take a plane, well, there was a mess there and everyone who wanted to take the plane had to wait almost for one day only to discover that the flight was cancelled. And there was other day when i lost more than half a night of sleep just because of a <BLEEEP> homework.

I've gone through 131 hours and 52 minutes without sleep.

ooh, i like that: challenge yourself

my time isn't as impressive as some of you guys: approx. 40 hrs.

I usually last this long at my friend's house, but my stomach kills even after I eat and drink something. I know it's because it's exhausted, but still.
