Thread: Explain your Signature!

Maemuki Rocket Dan (Look Forward, Team Rocket) is my favorite Pokemon image song so I just added it to a pic of one of TR's not so successful moments.
And I claimed Piplup.

Right now my signature's pretty straight-forward. It's against experimentation on animals (cruel and unusual punishment for the innocent). It also has a quote from, and pictures of Batty! After watching FernGully: The Last Rainforest I've become obsessed with him. He's flipping awesome!

"I'm a simple Pokemaniac" tells who I am as for the other two lines they just state my favorite Pokemon and types. It's nothing special to be honest. It's always hard for me to think of something creative so I figured I'd just put something simple.

It is a picture of Skyla flying in a old-school airplane.

It's a shameless advertisement for my fanfiction... I chose to use that passage because it's relatively short and sums up the main idea of the chapter without spoiling anything.
(I know I said I wasn't going to use a signature, but I'm *pretty* sure I won't get in trouble for this one...)

Edo Phoenix and DD from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. Meant to look dramatic, it shows in the middle when they both first met and when they were happy. Then the side pictures show how DD showed his true colors of evil and then Edo being devasteded from finding this out. And the quote at the bottom is from the Ke$ha song, "Dancing With Tears In My Eyes".

MTG "What Color are You" Quiz Answer. I do agree with it, though I am better with Black but then again I havent played or updated my collection for MTG for a while.

I saw this post of a Kurloz Makara gif on Tumblr, and I thought it would make a neat banner. I've been feeling kinda down lately, so I decided that I'd try to cheer myself (and possibly others) up with the quote. (For future reference: "In life, in love, in loss, you are never alone. With courage, compassion, and companionship, you will always pull through. In one way or another.") I decided to put it directly over the gif because I thought it'd look kinda neat, and I didn't want to take up room in the signature. Then at the bottom there's links to a certain blog entry of mine, The Planetary Pit Stop, my story in The Writer's Workshop, the credit for my banner and avatar, my Tumblr, my fan club which somehow exists, and the first page of Homestuck. Also right-alignment cuz it looks better for smaller signatures, and use of the div tag to center the text under the banner while still keeping it at the right side of the screen, to sate my OCD.

Just my former usernames on here so people can recognise me, a team of ice types because they're stand-ins until I get a proper signature, and a horde of links because why the hell not?

my sig is a continuation of my Big Dummy Road Sign Series. the most up to date one is Japan from Hetalia. He was the next elected for a sign because a comment he made saying He would make safer cars.

My sig is a combination of Pokemon BW2 and Bowser's Inside Story, with Nate and Rosa taking the Mario Bros.' positions from the game's boxart.

I've been listening to I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning by Bright Eyes a lot lately, and I really liked the line in Another Traveling Song that goes, "I fight like hell to hide that I've given up." I decided to make a Homestuck banner with it, and thought that this picture and the character in it would do well. From there I did some fooling around with the effects in Paint.NET and got the banner I have now. All the links are the same, except the banner one links to the image I used, and the first page of Homestuck isn't in there to save room.

A GIF from the episode Fionna and Cake from Adventure Time. The Ice King writes fanfiction, and pretty much inserts himself into his story at the end, as a Gary Stu of sorts. I always love it when shows make references to fandom-y things.
