I actually did not ever notice the Garden Grotto until about a year after I signed up, at which point it seemed useless to post an introduction.

I was very excited to be a member of the Bulbagarden Forums because everybody was talking about how great it was! So I made one & lucky enough, made some first-time friends out of that, which I'm very thankful for! XD

I did about a year or so ago. Two plus years after I joined

When I joined I wasn't very active because I didn't trust anyone here (this is the 1st forum i ever joined lol) and wasn't planning on really adding anyone to my friends list and just use the main bulbapedia to look up stuff. But after I made a very good friend, I decided to make a belated intro thread about 5 months after I joined :)

No I didn't, in fact, I'm pretty sure I didn't notice the Garden Grotto until around 5ish days after I joined.
Speaking of which, I think my first post was in the Games forum.

I chose not to make an introductory thread, because I joined with the intent of trading only. Now of course things have changed; but I think it's about 2 years too late to make one. xD

never did. originally i only joined the forums mostly for Bulbapedia anyways.
