Is a cutesy electric type* inevitable at this stage?

I think Team Rocket still have potential to return assuming If Team Rocket had originally had more than Knato and Johto under its control. When Giovanni disappeared there could of been rebellious executives who felt that Giovanni was holding Team Rocket back from its true potential, they took control what Team Rocket assets they could, to the point that Johto was all what's left of the Rockets that remains loyal to Giovanni, that's why the Johto were so weak as most of their serious veteran Grunt either defected to the Rocket Separatists or left Team rocket all together. In order to regain their numbers the Johto rockets were force to recruit kids and Teens by giving them Uniforms, the players attempt to infiltrate the Rockets in HGSS was a perfect example a Grunt who had surplus uniforms gave them to any kid that came by and then the kid was a member. The attempt bring Giovanni back was the Loyalists last attempt to regain full control. The Separatists felt the Loyalists were so weak, they thought it wasn't worth going after the Johto Rockets, so the Separatist Rockets decide to continue what ever rackets that they were doing prior to the initial disbandment of Team Rocket. I really felt the Team Rocket plot in HGSS could of and Should be been done better.

I've always liked those! D: But then again, I'm a real sucker for cutesy things. :3

Before gen. V came out, I was really hoping for a chinchilla one. If you've ever held a chinchilla, think of all of that floofy fur + static electricity! I was happy when we did end up with a chinchilla, but I'd still like to see an electric one.

Speaking of Minccino, I never really liked his evolution. :P The weird head fur tentacles remind me of the one alien race in Star Wars... There's probably not much of a chance of him getting an alternate/additional evolution at this point. There are other 'mons that'd probably get evolved before him.

Speaking of evolving, if Mawile evolves, it'd be cool if it turned into some sort of cool samurai-type Pokemon. The "pants" it has remind me of hakama, in a way.

Sorry for random rambling again.

In the hypothetical event that we got an all new starter trio, then it'd be Rock, Fighting, and Flying, right?

That's how I felt about Bug-type legendaries until Genesect.

I'd like to see ribbons return. I was genuinely disappointed when I beat the Pokémon League and didn't get a ribbon...nor did I get an Effort Ribbon for maxing out EVs. I used to love collecting ribbons. My Jolteon from Platinum has every ribbon possible, except the Battle Tower ones, bar the first one you can get. They really need to bring them back, and possibly introduce some new ones, such as:

-A ribbon for when an individual Pokémon has KOd a certain number of opponents, ie,100, then 500, then 1000.
-A ribbon for KOing a Gym Leaders Pokémon, or landing the final blow in a Gym Battle. Would look like the badge won from the battle.
-A ribbon for an individual Pokémon winning a battle in every town/city, on every route, and in every "place of interest" ie, Cold Storage, Abundant Shrine...etc.
-A ribbon for reaching Lv. 100.
-A ribbon for an individual Pokémon after it has produced a certain member of eggs, ie, 500.

I'd also very much like to see another Poison type specialist. 5 gens and only 2 specialists, both related/from the same Gym is unacceptable! Same goes for Dark types. A Dark Gym is desperately needed. Plus, it would be nice to actually be able to fly and catch Pokémon in the sky, a la Ranger: Guardian Signs.

And a final personal wish, though insignificant when it comes to gameplay: I would like the Pokéballs that the nurse puts into the Healing Machine to actually look like the balls your Pokémon are in. Purely aesthetic, but I reckon it'd be a nice personal touch.

Either Pokéathlon or Contests ought to come back (both would be nice) as well as some new feature like that. I didn't really like Musicals, nothing much happens compared to Pokéathlon.

Maybe they could have an option to where you could insert your location in to the game, and on certain routes, the weather would be the same as it is in the real world. Just a thought.

It could receive weather reports from wi-fi maybe?
