Ground does make the most sense :)
I'd really like to see weather emphasized more in the games. Like, weather conditions changing constantly. Yeah, hail and sandstorms only make sense in certain areas, but I'd like to see more rain/storms/bright sun/fog/whatever else around the region. It never made sense to me how one route could -always- have rain, but everything next to it was -always- sunny. Like that route east of Azalea. Maybe have neighboring areas be overcast when there is rain on a certain route.
More randomized/less isolated weather conditions is what I want. :)
I want the starters to be the version mascots again and there to be only one main legendary like in gen 1 (which was Mewtwo). If Gamefreak really wanted gen 5 to feel like gen 1, they should've done this with it, imo.
I would call the three games Pokemon Blaze, Pokemon Forest, and Pokemon Ocean versions. All three would be released at the same time and, like older games, would have some version exclusive Pokemon. The Pokedex would consist of mostly new Pokemon, but with the addition of a few older ones as well. Around 190 or so Pokemon would make up this Pokedex. The starter types would be grass/flying, fire/psychic, and water/bug.
There would be six legendaries total. The main legendary (the role the Pokemon I designed, Regasus, would play), a Mew-esque legendary, and then four more that would serve the role the Pokemon trios of other gens do. These four would be the Blaze Pokemon, Earth Pokemon, Marine Pokemon, and Wind Pokemon. The Blaze Pokemon is a fire/electric type Pokemon, the Earth Pokemon is a ground/grass type, the Marine Pokemon is water/psychic, and the Wind Pokemon would be flying/ice. Regasus is flying/normal while the Mew-esque Pokemon would be dragon/grass.
The Blaze Pokemon, Earth Pokemon, and Marine Pokemon would be version exclusives (The Blaze Pokemon exclusive to Pokemon Blaze version, the Earth Pokemon to Pokemon Forest version, and the Marine Pokemon to Pokemon Ocean version) while the Wind Pokemon and Mew-esque Pokemon would be event Pokemon.
This is just me though lol. Oh, and BRING BACK THE POKETCH, POKERADAR, AND VS SEEKER!

Moving clouds. Variable weather that's not entirely dependent on the season.
They need to cut back on the legendaries. At this point there are far too many being released each gen.

I agree that there are too many legendaries nowadays, but I wouldn't want to see as few as we had in Gen I. The amount in Gen II was okay, in my opinion.
Now I'm starting to fell as if gen 6 is right around the corner :X.
I'll like some gen 5 pokemon to envolve in gen 6. and like others said, for this gen to be a part 2 of gen 5, and be somewhat close to Unova. I'll also go futher down the road and want gen 7 to be gen 5 part 3.
Focusing back on gen 6, I would also like decent looking dual type. I did want a steel/bug deal type before, but now I personally wish durant didn't exist since it was done so half-assed. I want a better steel/bug pokemon, along with a poison/steel and more poison dual types.
I also want good english renames, pokemon and human and whatever else comes along, this time around.
WOW TRANSFORMERS IS A DUMB SERIES LOL. GT GROW THE FUCK UP.

That sounds good, I imagine the Water type to be similar to a Pond Skater, or maybe a Diving bell spider? The starter types would be grass/flying, fire/psychic, and water/bug.
Too radical to actually happen, yes I know, but because there are around 650 Pokemon, I actually wouldn't mind the gen 6 not introducing new Pokemon, or just introduce a few new ones, but not 100+ new ones.
