"I'm just a passing through Pokemon Trainer,"
The people who make absolute uneducated guesses without much understanding of the franchise or how it works at all (See: IGN).

When people just can't accept that it's coming, whether or not you like it, lol. And when people automatically bash the majority of the new Pokemon without even giving them a chance. *awaits the people who will complain that Pokemon is going to hell in a handbasket after Gen VI comes out*
People who can't accept the transition from one console to the next.
People who immediately say GF are running out of ideas when new Pokemon are shown or saying they are very uncreative or something.

Having to wait so long to see the new Pokémon, but at the same time, that's the fun of it.
When people say " A new generation can't happen because I dont want it yet" Game Freak dosent just stop because some people aren't ready for a new game.
Game Freak: OK! Let's start a new generation!
One Person: But I'm not ready for a new generation yet...
Game Freak: Oh no! I guess we can't make it now!
xD
When people dislike a certain amount of Pokemon and start slating that Generation for having the worst Pokemon.
♥
This just recently happened earlier. Over on Poke Beach forums people were saying a Dragon or Bug Eeveelution wasn't possible because it would make no sense. I reminded them of Vaporeon having fish traits and people went nuts about what I said. I hate when people don't understand that anything is possible in a world where rats can shoot electricity from their cheeks.
"I'm just a passing through Pokemon Trainer,"
People thinking they understand how these things are gonna work just because something happened or didn't happen a certain way once in the past.
One thing I'm worried about for future generations is that they are running out of ideas for new Pokemon.
Exibht A: Cryogonal. A snow flake.
Although, apart from Cryogonal, I do love all the new Gen-V Pokemon and I'm sure Gen-VI will bring a lot new, interesting Pokemon to play.
People who claim Game Freak is running out of ideas.
By the way, this isn't a personal jab at your post Jerbuta. I've observed people stating this every time a new generation is introduced and it's simply not true. There are still hundreds of thousands of animals that they could draw inspiration from. Not to mention millions of inanimate objects and the hundreds of folklore creatures.
The one thing I really hate when a new generation comes out is when the fans (usually the "genwunners" that go out of their way to bash on anything that isn't Gen 1) complain about the changes made to the series, and will go out of their way to defend Gen 1 and bash on everything new.
Here are some common complaints when a new generation comes out:
The new Pokemon are ugly- Usually, this is a common complaint about the Pokemon designs, often complaining how the designs look "nothing like animals and look more like 'robots'", which is a bit hypocritical since Pokemon were never specifically based on animals alone, but plants, inanimate objects, monsters, mythical creatures, and even a garbage bag, also, I never understood the "robot" complaint, considering there aren't that many robotic Pokemon out there to begin with, but even then, Gen 1 had Magnemite and Porygon, which are robots, so really, it's an invalid argument to begin with.
They're running out of ideas- For Pokemon species? Not really, looking back, yeah, Garbodor is lame, but back in Gen 1, we had Pokemon like Voltorb and Exeggcute, so another invalid argument, plus there are still thousands of animal species that have yet to become Pokemon, as well as plants, inanimate objects, and mythical creatures. This is a franchise where virtually anything can become a superpowered monster that can be put into a ball, and besides, they are capable of making up Pokemon that aren't based on anything at all.
The Eeveelution argument- Another common argument, mainly among fans of the Eevee evolutions is if the new Generation will have new Eevee evolutions, while no new Eeveelutions were introduced in Gen 5, this is something that's currently going on right now as people argue over what types will be made into Eeveelutions or not.
Lucario clones- When Zoroark was first revealed, people labeled it as a Lucario knock-off, and people are arguing that the star of Movie 16 will be a Lucario clone with Genesect in a side role.
