Revealed Gen VI Pokemon Discussion/Speculation Thread

Just a thought ... if the theme for this gen is based (at least partly) on X & Y chromosomes, and not X & Y axes, then not only could they have a Z version, they could also have a W version. So we might see ZW sequels to these game, just as we saw BW2, with the new legends for those games taking up the remaining primary colours (yellow & green). 'Course, I'm getting ahead of myself, but still, it's an interesting thought.

i have alot more research to do on them. like what pokemon are catchable, the plot if i able to get my old ds pokemon over more specifically my level 56 TURTWIG etc

Wonder about the forwards compatibility with the older DS games in regards to trading...

I like the deer legendary. Not too sure about the bird. It strikes me as too blocky, who knows.

The fire starter doesnt wow me, seems like an Evee copy. The grass and water are cool. Probably will start with the frog!

It will probably show a few ones. There is what, nine issues before the release of the game.

it gets released every 15th in the month and leaks between the 12-14th. so the next issue comes out in a week, with probably new information.

The deer is freaking awesome, just going to say that right now. Liking both legendaries to be honest, but that deer, no freaking clue what type it's going to be, and for some reason, I like that. The starters, well, they're starters. The fox is pretty cool, but I'll be getting the water starter due to a very long-standing tradition that goes all the way back to my Squirtle in Red. Also, if that fire starter becomes bipedal and part fighting type when it evolves, I'm going to cry deeply like a boss.

I doubt it, unless they decide to reveal the new evolution of Eevee.
Anyway, official artworks of the legendaries, as well as their their names and types, that would be enough for me.
