I think what would be cool is instead of having a Game Corner (which is a bit of a problem for the ESRB) They could have an arcade where you could play updated versions of Pokemon Mini games, or updated versions of, say, Mendel Palace, Pulseman, or Drill Dozer.

That would be really awesome, not just for the old Game Freak games, but because Game Freak probably didn't include a game corner in Black and White because they didn't want the games being altered outside of Japan--a mini game styled Game Corner wouldn't warrant any sort of removal. We could also get to listen to the awesome Game Corner music again that way, too! xD




Now, I know that a lot of people say things like "You shouldn't assume something in the future will happen just because it happened in the past," which I totally agree with, BUT you do have to admit that a lot of "features" (not really the best word for it, but bear with me) in Pokemon are based on past traditions, and the way that RSE remakes are being implied through the games (Elite Four music using the same notes and rhythms as the Hoenn Elite Four music; mentioning Go-Goggles; Dive; Shoal Salt and Sand; etc) is VERY similar to how the GSC remakes were hinted at (using GSC music throughout the Sevii Islands; mentioning Giovanni's kid; etc). So regardless of whether or not the games are currently in development or not, I really think it's safe to say that they will be made someday--it just seems very "out-of-character" for Game Freak to include so many hints just for them to become "red herrings."

Hoenn was one of the most diverse regions... teams that were thugs, deserts and oceans and volcanoes... cities and beautiful storyline, awesome rival, original underwater game, forests and great scenery AND MUSIC WITH EPIC HORNS. That was my first pokemon game to be honest and I loved it to day XD COME ON POKEMON CO. DO YOUR MAGIC ONCE MORE LOL

I hope that if they DO increase the size of Mt. Chimney, they do it like they did with HG/SS's Mt. Silver, without the snow, of course.

Yeah they will probibly make Mt. himney MUC?H larger... As far as I know we'll get the announcment in March and it will be released in Japan in September and everywhere else come March 2013... at least going by HG/SS and B/W and PD/P/Pt... so I guess we have to wait for March which is when the next game will be announced

I don't like the Musicals, I would rather have them go back to the original style pokemon contests. I wouldn't mind have the pokethlon as an extra though.

Yeah I figured My. Chimney would be done just like Mt. Silver. Bigger and better.

If the bolded part is true, b-day present!!!!!!!

maybe they're pulling a UNOVA and remove all non-GenIII Pokemon. Of course they'd have to retain the evolutionary lines. with all of them we have just a many species like in Unova and it wouldn't feel so Jotho-throw-in-a-Machoke-and-Geodude... They'd also have to overhaul the teams of all the NPCs. <3

Hopefully for the sake of level grinding they'll have Audino since Hoenn doesn't have the Chansey line XD... I had a hard time with the Emerald E4 because my team was way underleveled (I fucking HATE Wallace's Ludicolo had to teach one of my pokemon Toxic to beat the damn thing)

But eah thats been GF MO for Gen IV and B/W so we'll see come March

Hoenn didn't have the Audino line, either... If they wanted to make training easier, it would be more logical to add the Blissey line as opposed to the Audino line.

One problem about the R/S remake is that Emerald will not be canon, so they have to insert its plot somewhat while at the same time allow you to face the titular legendary depending on which version. Developing a balanced team is the biggest challenge since aside from Blaziken, who is uber, and Ninetales, who may not get its DW ability, the selected fire types are mediocre at best. Also, they really need to fix the issue of the masterball being lost forever if you don't get it at the team hideout.
