Only ones I don't like out of that list are Wobbuffet/Wynaut. They are sort of meant to have a small movepool, and I don't really think they need higher stats.
I'm hoping for some interesting Eeveelutions, and maybe an evolution to Skarmory (Eviolite - think of the possibilities!).

Poochyena is an early route Pokémon that was created to complement Zigzagoon, even though only the latter is seen as a Ratatta counterpart. They could give Mightyena an evolution, but that would unfair to the Ratatta, Sentret, Zigzagoon, Bidoof and Patrat families unless they all received evolutions, which is unlikely.
Isn't Mightyenas move pool considerably smaller than that of the other Pokemon you mentioned? I'm genuinely asking, I haven't done the research. It just seems that the selection of moves available to Mightyena is poor compared to that of, for example, the bidoof line.
Also, there could be an argument made that Poochyena is more akin to Lillipup than any of those other Pokemon and that Mightyena could get an evolution in Gen VI to make it at least a little closer to Stoutlands standard.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
I'm predicting that they're going to try and homage Gen II:
Split evolution for Palpitoad (Politoed)
Pre-evo for Throh and Sawk to connect them (Hitmons)
Evolution for Audino (Blissey)
Evolution for Swoobat (Crobat)
Dragon type Eeveelution (Espeon and Umbreon)
Audino, Eevee, and Palpitoad also appeared in the trailer so it really makes me wonder.
Would also personally love to see a Fighting/Flying Farfetch'd evo as constantly stated. A Jynx evolution would be nice so it could match up with Electivire and Magmortar.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
To be honest I'd rather they make more new Pokémon than evolution or pre-evolutions for existing ones. Especially baby-evolutions. Not a fan of those. There are a few that could be nice but I hope they don't make any evolutions to certain Pokémon like Zangoose, Heracross, Dunsparce or Skarmory as some have hoped for in this thread because I feel that for me they would lose some of their charm and I like them the way they are. For example I really like Magmar and thought it looked very nice and I really dislike Magmortar. Much prefer Magmar.
The ones I can think of that could have nice evolutions though, would be Kecleon, Farfetch'd, Sableye, Mawile and Cherrim.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
A druddgidon first stage ? seems odd it dosent evolve.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
I doubt we'll ever get it, but I always wished they would put a new evolution stone into the games that would make all of the "rat" Pokemon evolve into a third stage with base stats on par with Pseudo-legendary Pokémon. Raticate, Mightyena, Linoone, Furret, Bibarel, and Watchog. "Stone of Hidden Power" or something like that.

It is smaller, yes. But it's a stretch to say that Mightyena is worse off than they are, especially with its new ability (Moxie).

I think that it's closer to Purrloin than to anyone else, and Liepard doesn't fare much better than Mightyena does. I brought up Zigzagoon because in Emerald Zigzagoon replaced Poochyena as the Pokémon that attacked Prof. Birch, and Linoone and Mightyena also share the exact same base stat total (420).

Good points. I think I'm slightly biased anyway... I yearn for the day when I can have a strong all-canine pokemon team.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
Absol is one I'd like to see an evolution for. I don't play competitively or anything (yet...) but Absol's stats, to me, are seriously lacking. It'd be great to have an evolution with at least better defense.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
I think I would prefer, for the most part, Gen I - Gen IV not to be touched in terms of evolutions, with Gen V being the one that receives some, if any.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
None in particular.
Maybe the baby form of Kangaskhan, as always. *crosses fingers & toes*
Edit:
If I had to pick one, maybe a Dragon evolution for Eevee.
It's the only Type that Eevee doesn't evolve into that was solely Special before the Physical/Special split in Gen IV.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
EEVEELUTIONS!!!!!!
Also Absol evo because they would be totally amazing
Wobuffet evo like some kind of WobuGod
And a lot of gen 5 ones as well.
I also wouldn't mind a Jynx evolution, as it was originally supposed to go long with Magmar and Electabuzz, but it didnt evolve in gen iv
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
I think gen. VI will be like gen. V, it will have no evos/prevos from previous gens. One can only hope.

The reason people doubt that is that old Pokemon are apparently heavily featured in this new region. So it seems unlikely this would be the case.
Re: Expanded evolution lines of previous Pokemon you'd like to see?
Onix evolve by level up or maybe a fusion evolution where to pokemon evolve together and merge into one pokemon like you have 2 different pokemon holding a special item and lets say the both fight in battle and level up the items effect get triggered and the evolve and merge
