    I got a Pikachu plush in 2002-2003 .
It's up there, though. Might want to get it and take a pic of it.

Unfortunately a lot of my oldest plushes and toys were lost a while ago. However, I do still have a Togepi keyring that plays its cry when you squeeze it. It's small enough to fit in my hand with ease now, but I got it back when I was about five (1999) and it's been my favourite piece of merch since.

I think my most precious is my Espeon plush. My stepmom bought me it from a spring Japanese festival down in Ft. Lauderdale. Even though it's my most recent plushie, it's so soft and cute and cuddly, that it just has to be my favorite! Honorable mentions are my Fennekin, and my Pikachu.

I have a Pikachu plush that a friend gave me when I was in kindergarten back in 1998, and had it ever since. It's a bit dirty since I had played with it outside sometimes when I was a kid. I played with it a lot back then too, and over time it's tail split in half and now it has two tails when you separate the halves.

    The Pikachu plush.

    Pikachu's "twin tails".

My oldest Pokémon toys are from the 90's, a Poliwrath, Pikachu, Charizard and Gyarados. My most priced possessions where two figures one of Lucario and the other a Blaziken...they are broken and in a bag inside my closet. My now most valued Pokémon toy is a Palkia that did some sounds but the battery is dead, I have it in my room close to my Godzilla collectibles.

The majority of my old Pokemon toys from when I was a kid are long gone unfortunately.

The oldest toy I still own is probably the original Tiger electronic Pokedex. I also have that electronic pinball game thingy they made.

My very first Pokemon toy(s) ever were the Hasbro Charizard-line figures that came with a gameboy that launched a little ball on a string. While not mint in box, I still have the toys to this day, and I love them.

I have a Charizard plush I bought so many years ago. The first time I watched the Pokemon series, Charizard became my favorite pokemon. I own several plushies already but my Charizard plushie is still my favorite.

The Zorua and Snivy plush toys, from the Pokémon Black & White Mall Tour in 2011. I drew hearts on them to represent that they belong to me.

The oldest would be one of those Pikachu toys that don't even look like him but for ones I still own, a Mudkip that turns into a Pokeball

I have a Groudon plush which I got around 2004 or so. Nowadays, I call it "pink Groudon" because my mom threw it in the wash one time, and its colors have been a bit faded ever since.
