Serious Business - Rules

1. The purpose of this subforum is to host threads for debating in depth about topics not belonging to other subforums. This subforum also houses threads that are for discussing support for certain groups, such as based on sexual orientation, race, identity, etc.

While Forum Rules apply, there are rules that specifically apply to this section.

2. In all threads, attacking a user isn’t allowed. When debating, attack the point, not the person. Please be civil when posting.
Posts that attack a user will be given a Flaming and Baiting infraction without a Warning. In some cases, staff might post in-thread warnings. This would serve as the last warning given in the situation.

3. Threads labeled as SUPPORT only serve to hold discussions without criticism on the main topic. In such threads, any form of criticism, even if they do not attack a user (or people in general), will be regarded as Pointless Posts. Be careful not to mistake SUPPORT threads as DEBATE threads.

4. If you absolutely need to expound about the political nature of a topic, it must go into Nicoleta's Campaign Bus.

I just came across this forum and I'm a little confused as to what should be posted here vs. what should be posted in Nicoleta's Campaign Bus. Is this forum for social issues and Nicoleta's Campaign Bus is now reserved exclusively for political stuff?
