I’d prefer it to be an English version but, if that makes it illegitimate than I’ll take a Japanese version of it.
Having it be Japanese in order to look legit is the least of your worries, I'm afraid. No Pokémon caught in the Entree Forest can be shiny, and in order for this to seem legit, it would need to be caught there. Also, its moveset is almost completely made up of egg moves, but since this Pokémon wouldn't have been hatched from an egg, then that would make them illegal.
Of course, if none of this is a problem, then we can trade as soon as you want. Be assured that this Pokémon will not work on Wi-Fi, even at lvl 100.
i'm fine with it being normal rather than shiny. as for moveset i'll choose:
flamethrower, flame charge, sword dance, and aerial ace. i believe all of these are tms that can be taught to torchic asap.

IV's can only be set as high as 31, but everything else is fine. I'll get started on this after my classes.

@Zeb Could I get this thread locked temporarily? I'm having too many problems too often with my school's wireless internet to be reliable.
