EDIT: I'm pretty sure Seedot cannot have both Bullet Seed and Beat Up. It learns it from two different pokemon, so it it impossible for it to legally know both. It would be considered an illegal move set to have both. (It learns Beat Up from Sneasel/Weavile and Houndour/Houndoom and none of them can learn Bullet Seed.) So which would you rather have it learn? Or would you like 2, one with each move? The second one would be free.

No, You can have them together via a Male Smeargle on Seedot, then standard breeding procedures. It's not illegal!

I do check Bulbapedia for most things; but I didn't even know about the Smeargle thing. Though granted, if Seedot wasn't in the same Egg Group as Smeargle, it would be an illegal move set to have both moves.

Heck yeah, Smeargle allows for some funky but practical movesets.

Otherwise, it would be like Brock's Ludicolo in the anime which knows both Water Gun and Razor Leaf at the same time(Coding legal, tournament NOT!)

Nope; can't do Poke Transfer. Gave my SS game to my cousin since he wanted to try playing Pokemon games, and his parents couldn't get him any the at the time. Aaaand I lost my Platinum.
