I have a UN trained level 1 legit Keldeo up for trades. I missed the Genesect event but ended up having both my games at EB to get Keldeo. Looking for someone to help me complete my pokedex with your Genesect, Thank you!

Isnt keldeo a minimum lvl 15 pokemon given every event was lvl 15 hand out.
