I have a shiny Venusaur and Infernape. They are at level 100 each. I also have others.

I'm interested in the Latias, Kyogre, Lapras, and Empoleon.
I'm also interested in Magikarp, and Scraggy, but not for the starters.

What are their natures, levels, and abilities?
