I can help with all but Sneasel and Tentacool. Can't find them as females at all. However 1 question for you. Does it have to be a Riolu or can it be a Lucario? Since I'm about to be in the process of breeding Lucario for myself as well as someone else.

Edit Oops, I had a temporary brain fart but I had just remembered that I believe Lucario only results in a Riolu Egg.
