I should be able to help on Castform, potentially Nosepass too. Could you trade me a Tynamo (and a Modest Deino if I have the Nosepass too)?

Yep I can do that. I'll have a go at breeding a modest Deino, though I'm no expert.

I'd prefer a nature that improves Special Attack (Modest, Mild, or Rash), but since it will take me awhile to procure the Nosepass (I have to catch one in either my Sapphire or Platinum and then transfer it to my White for the trade) we can do the Castform for Tynamo swap if you're ready now.
