I taught my boyfriend how to RNG in Black/White yesterday. Now instead of making fun of me for it, he's doing a shiny dex for himself.

That sounds nice. RNG-ing on D/P/Pt was easy, but from HG/SS it got more difficult :<
(I don't know the mechanics for RNG-ing in B/W, though.)

I've heard RNG'ing in B/W is the easiest yet. Idk but i still can't figure it out xD

I've never even tried to understand RNGing. I wish I could though.

If you actually hit your target time, it's much easier (for me personally) in B/W. Plus I don't have to pay as close attention. The way I learned to do it in Platinum requires coin flips and occasionally the happiness application, which drive me crazy waiting for the animations to finish.

All the tutorials I've found said it was impossible in HG/SS. Guess I was looking in the wrong places!

I still have my old DS... it's just that it will completely die any day now. :'( I'm going to see if I can return this new one though, because it's obviously a faulty product.

Worst comes to worst I just buy a 3DS, since you can still RNG on there :3

I could never figure out how to RNG on HG/SS. In D/P/Pt, it was very easy, just needed to count carefully. Sure, I never bothered to try RNG-ing for IVs. Maybe that's why it was easy. XD

Hey guys, I am really sorry if this is an inappropriate place to post this. I've looked around, and couldn't find anywhere for general info/requests and I need some advice.

I am looking for a male, Modest natured, non-shiny Treecko with specific IVs (31 in HP; Atk and Sp. Atk, 30 in Def, Sp. Def and Spd) so it will have 70 base power Hidden Power. If possible, I would also like it to be in an egg so that I can hatch it and it will have my Trainer ID, as I'm planning to use it in a playthrough of Black and would like it to listen to me from the start. I understand that this might be a big ask (I don't really know about hacking etc. so don't know what I'm talking about); but would really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction.
