Re: "Pokemon + Nobunaga's Ambition" Review Thread
I read this a little while back around a few days ago, I thought it would be below average due to being an online manga and pretty much ad and merchandising fodder, but it's actually decent believe it or not.
I liked the introduction of the hero, as well as the Purin and Starly. Though I'm hoping for a overall better chapter next time, it was decent but it just felt a tad cliched with the whole opening I guess.

I thought adding soundtracks to an electronic way of reading something was going to be my grand idea. Also, I found out that my English Nico Nico account works here as well, which I never knew.
I also agree that it exceeded expectations. There's also something about the way it's coloured that I love...

Took forever for me to figure out how to get those annoying onscreen text to disappear. Now if only I knew what I was reading D:
I wish these would get translated too >:
EDIT: Also the Hanbei and Kanbei chapter was up, and judging by the preview, the next chapter is about Kunoichi and Gracia

Last week's (Well, two weeks ago) chapter is "Yellow Scroll: Hanbei vs Kanbei" (Or is it Kanbei vs Hanbei; I forget)
Kinda amusing. Nice to get an explanation of how Kanbei got Pikachu.

So the Gracia and Kunoichi chapter was up, and all I could tell from the pictures are that Kunoichi has a crush on Yukimura? I still don't understand why his Charizard had to come in and save the day when a much more powerful Volcarona could have been used by Okuni to melt the avalanche.
Next chapter: Mitsunari, Kiyomasa, & Masanori

I finally had gotten around to reading this, and I'm rather amused by the stories. I like how the music went well with the plot (Wonder if they would ever be released)
It's interesting that the last chapter has had all the characters (except for the male PC) get together to prepare for a festival, with almost all the male characters battling each other... with paintbrushes. But the title is misleading, Nobunaga only appeared in the last few pages and majority of the characters had no dialogues.

Only Pokemon can make battling with paintbrushes seem exciting.
Hehe. This is probably the closest the series came to being like the real Feudal Japan, or something.
