Open MS Paint and crop out the sidebar.

@Human;

Do you have paint? It's easily to blacken out the avatar/name/gender of the sender with that.

So take the screenshot and black out/crop out the person's identity.

And perhaps @Neonsands; could confirm or deny your claim that you got checked?

You can crop the picture or cover it over with paint or something so they wouldn't know.

Yeah, the host doesn't confirm stuff in public exactly, Human ^^;

Seeing from his words, I'd rather believe that he's been checked than not. Besides, that check seems to have flavor text. I doubt that he could have faked that much.
@Axle Helios; I meant the first Day phase. Not the last one.

It seems the most suspicious right now are Human for multiple reasons already stated, Fresa for that comment though I'm not sure how much, and I would say Mintaka. Despite most going against Human she's defending him. I find this suspicious.
