My ability is pretty unusual. I have never seen anything like it in any of the games I have played, but don't expect me to claim anytime soon. I will only do that when I'm in a pinch. XD
And with that, his blue-haired opponent fell to his knee, life points at zero.
Judai smiled, winking at his defeated opponent while exclaiming, “Gotcha!” The other smiled at him, picking himself up off the ground. It was just one of a long string of victories for the Osiris Red student, his skill not diminished in the slightest after arriving here, nor his penchant for lucky draws.
As he prepared to go find somebody else to challenge – He wondered if Johan would be willing, or perhaps he should duel one of those guys with the fancy clothing? – he was stopped by a man who stood towering over him.
“Looking for a duel?” the tall man asked, a determined gleam in his eyes.
“Sure, I’ll take you up on your offer!”
At his acceptance, the two wandered off to a field removed from the temporary settlement that the duelists had set up. Soon enough, the duel began.
It initially appeared that Judai had the upper hand, swarming the field with monsters, drawing the perfect cards at the perfect moments. But the older of the duelists had a trick up his sleeve.
The duel spirits bequeathed all of their assassins with a special field spell imbued with a dark energy. Finally drawing that card, the spell was played, and a sinister atmosphere befell the duel.
“What is this…?” the brunette murmured.
With every bit of battle damage he endured, Judai found himself fading away. Eventually, the other’s powerful ace monster struck the decisive blow, sending Judai’s life points down to zero.
Breathing heavily, the boy looked up into his victorious opponent’s face. Rather than having an expression of elation or gloating, the tall man appeared a bit… remorseful?
“That was… a great duel…”
With a soft grin on his face, Judai faded away completely, leaving behind no trace but a single card, Winged Kuriboh.
His string of victories and luck ended tonight.

In the morning, the duelists would be left to ponder Judai’s disappearance, and to ponder the meaning found in yet another mysterious note.

Here's something good for you to hear:
I know what you did
I saw where you were
Don't hide - don't run
Your turn is over
And it's my time to shine
The superstar is here
Buoy, you are...
Judai Yuki - Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
An Osiris Red student at Duel Academia, you are a spirited boy who places strong faith in your cards. This is helped by your ability to see duel spirits, with Winged Kuriboh being chief among them. Though in the lowest ranked dorm at the academy, you are widely considered the best duelist on the island. Fun-loving and jovial, things take a turn during your third year at the academy, leaving you much more cynical while diminishing your love of Duel Monsters. Eventually, you overcome such thoughts, your passion for dueling returning in full force. You originally dueled with an Elemental Hero deck, but later use Neo Spacians.
Much like your duels rely (to an extent) on luck, you have the good luck to be immune to one night kill. This is a one-shot ability, and will activate automatically. You will be informed when the ability is used up.
You are allied with TOWN. You win when all mafia members have been eliminated.
Good luck, and have fun!
Buoy was night-killed. He was Judai Yuki, allied with TOWN.
It is now DAY 3. This phase will end on November 7th, at 10:00 PM EST. You may now vote.
