Not if you were prepped for it beforehand by seeing the webisodes...IN AMERICA!

(They are based just outside of San Francisco, BTW...saw their building last time I went to California...)

And I'm trying to work out all the forbidden RP elements before the game starts, BTW.

I can think of how RPing can be strategic, @Joltik;...I suggest this: you are forbidden to RP as your Character, not all of them.

Please consider this modification, in order to get more players/be strategically comedic in order to confuse the sides...

And why is nameclaiming a bad thing?

I've never understood why some people ban it and others do not...is it really too confusing for a game where confusing the mafia/town is key?

Yes. That gives people who know the franchise a huge advantage.

This Mafia Is a great example of the game being too easy because of name claims. It make the game more about the names the the game it's self. I'm not changing that rule, that that's that.

Fair enough, but this is a mafia subject is prone to RPing, so @Joltik;Please be ready for the unexpected with this rule.

You might have to miodkill more than half the players due to the high quotability of YGO:TAS.

And I hope that does not happen.
