I was thinking about tying the votes, but I was scared of how that might have made me look :\

Well I suppose it's true that we don't want a no lynch at this point. We know with hindsight that it would've been better, but not knowing what we know now, tying the votes may have seemed a pretty bad move.

The dusky gray she-cat limped through the forest, mourning the loss of a cat she had barely known. She had rarely talked with the starry warrior in her times going to the moonstone, but the loss still pricked her heart like a thorn. As she was walking, her hindleg hit a stone and she tripped, falling to the forest floor with a sharp cry. Her bad lef fully twisted, Cinderpelt was unable to pull herself to her feet and she lay uselessly on the forest floor.

The dark warrior snuck up from behind her, pouncing on her and sinking his sharp teeth into her neck. She twisted and yowled, swiping at the dark warrior's face, but he easily avoided her attack and the young medicine cat sank into darkness.

The ninja is a mafia meber who can't be tracked or watched. Essentially, it's inmune to those two powers.

However, the track or the watch can also fail if the target doesn't have any night actions, or if the target didn't use any night actions (Or in the case of the watcher, didn't have any action used in him/her). There is the contradiction in your post @Syxx;

If the track fails, I get a response saying, "You were unable to follow Player X". If they do nothing, I get the response, "Player X did not visit anyone". Trust me, I don't want @Axle Helios lynched. But as of right now, it's the only course of action we can take. Anyone else find it weird that he hasn't defended himself?

He hasnt' beeen online today from what I've seen.

I'd say that if you tracked a ninja, you would recieve a response saying that you couldn't track the user. Maybe it was a slip up on @America*;'s part.

Could you clear this up please?

I couldn't be tracked because I didn't make a night action. I'm a commuter who can only use my role certain days, but I also am not able to speak in thread, PM or QT the next two phases. Since I'd rather keep my ability to talk, I haven't used it so far.
However, I can see the reason why you want a lynch, but I feel like bandwagonning on the assumption I was ninja when I could simply have not used a night action is a bit suspicious.
