Wouldn't it be great if later on we find out this rainbow text thing was a role's effect? Although maybe it'd be best if the yellow were to be skipped over, as that's pretty illegible.

Exor made the players all post in rainbow text during the Skyward Sword mafia after Ghriam (again, still don't know how to spell this XD) died, so it might be his ability if he's in this game.

Mintaka had roles written up before that became a thing. I highly doubt it.

The roles won't be as obvious as that, that would just make for a completely rubbish game and you'd pretty much be clear without nameclaiming. Mintaka even explicitly stated in the first (or second, one of the two) post that this isn't a game for beginners. We're going to have to actually think for this one.
