No. Attacks always hit. "no results" means something has happened that means you wouldn't get anything.

Stuff caught up with me(~~I went and saw Skyfall. Again. :P~~ and I want more actions to be sent in; So I am extending this phase by 24 hours. So if you have not sent your actions in PLEASE DO.
