Even though I'm EXTREMELY glad that we FINALLY got a Mafia down, I'm sorry to say that mwto or Neonsands are going to be nightkilled now having proved their innocence by taking down a mafia. If a doctor(if there is another one) is reading this, I hope that you protect one of them.

I doubt that the mafia would be dumb enough to vote against their team mate in the last hour to prove their innocence when they could have put the suspicion on somebody else and lynched them.

Depends, honestly. The game has been going ridiculously well for the Mafia so far, with the cop gone, I could see them potentially clearing themselfes like this. It's also possible the Mafia foresaw the potential of more votes coming in, so they decided to throw in the vote BEFORE the lynch was confirmed. This essentially clears them fully, because nobody suspects them of such. Reverse psychology. Or maybe, the Mafia had a role that onvolves their votes not counting, either always, or under specific criteria. Thus, Buoy would've had one vote in total, while whoever had the one vote before being unvoted would've too. Thus resulting in a no lynch, that could clear the Mafia if Buoy was ever killed.

And I think that the death of Buoy confirms that Missigno was indeed silenced.

Woo! First mafia blood! Though I wouldn't be too quick to clear anyone who voted for Buoy - mafiosi are perfectly willing to throw each other under the bus if it'll keep suspicion off the rest of them.

What we need isn't a townie to claim to. It's still way too early to trust anyone for sure, and even if we could, that'll just turn the game into one giant follow-the-leader session, which IMO isn't very fun. What we do need, however, are more investigations and analyses like Neonsands'. Hopefully, with more reasoning like what he displayed, we can turn the tide and we can eradicate these Team Plasma scum.

How about someone who can survive nightkills?

That role is so broken I didn't think anyone would actually think that it existed. There MIGHT be someone who could survive ONE nightkill. But again, we can't just find someone to latch on to and blindly trust. They could be playing us. Trust no one but yourself.
