vote: No lynch
Unless more people start talking we won't get anything out of today anyways.

Vote: Orion
Of all that I've learned, the most important thing is to vote lots on D1. Best case scenario, nobody gets lynched. Either way, we learn something.
Voting does not equal wishing a random lynch, Orion. Any defense?
Credit to HikaruIzumi for the awesome avatar!

It's almost impossible to hit the mark on day one, which is why I don't like random day one voting.

@Orion; Accusing me of something I did not do. Also

How about some contribution. This is a small game and inactivity is most harmful in small games. None of you have so much as posted.

I agree with that; activity leads to discussion, which is sorely needed in early phases (and especially in small games like this one).
There are merits to both Day 1 mindsets, and playing aggressively by threatening to vote is obviously high risk/high reward. Midori wasn't trying to push a lynch but trying to start conversation by threatening to vote, which Orion then jumped on, which in my opinion is more incriminating of him. However, at this stage of the game, it's very hard to glean information from posts, and I don't want a mislynch to start things off on the wrong foot so I'm not going to vote yet. We've still got another day to go in this phase which is plenty of time, so as for me I'm not going to be hasty. I do think it'd be great to see everyone participating though, as some players tend to just lurk on Day 1 for fear of being lynched; this isn't conducive to the game and spares the town valuable insight and commentary.
@Sunburn; There is one problem though. Even though we have two days you have to consider time zones and the fact that school has started back up for some taking time from players schedules making it important to use every bit of time we have effectively.

Sorry for my lack of posting, school and Bulbapedia have been busy lately. When I posted the confirm message was the last time I had time to check this thread. Anyways, it's always hard to tell in the beginning. I'd rather think about it for a bit before boldly nominating someone to be lynched.
Sorry. The phase updated when I was about to go to bed, and I was at school all day and only just got back.
Well, in my opinion there's no harm in starting a conversation. Random lynching is obviously not good, but voting for no lynch and just sitting there isn't much better at all. There might not even be a cop who can gather information during the night, so if we don't discuss things it's possible we'll have a situation like this on Day 2 as well.
But, Midori, is there any reason why we shouldn't be voting you right now? Why did you just pick on and accuse Orion at random?
@Shadows; Actually Stillboy made a comment about starting conversation, but instead of attempting to start any he simply voted No lynch so I used him to try start conversation. Orion then attacked me saying I was pushing for a lynch.
