Makes sense.

edit: Actually, I think I'll need to extend the phase.

The fact that jda hasn't even tried to defend himself has made me a bit worried. I am keeping my vote as it is for now but @jda95; now would be a really good time to defend yourself. A mislynch is the last thing I want to happen.
LIKE WOAH.
Vote: jda95. I'm flexible if he bothers to defend himself though.
No more dreaming of the dead, as if death itself was undone.
No more calling like a crow for a boy, for a body in the garden.
No more dreaming like a girl, so in love, so in love;
No more dreaming like a girl, so in love, so in love!
No more dreaming like a girl, so in love with the wrong world.
Okay, for starters I'm gonna say I'm still not buying the whole "mafia and town can't share types" concept. Croag, who was identified early as sharing types, was proven to be town. For both that and my role abilities, I can't say anything really. I was honest with my abilities. The idea that I have the FoS just because of them is a bit frustrating.
And honestly, I'm not even following your logic with the whole Paperhorse situation. Crackfox was proven innocent.... How would killing Paperhorse be beneficial to the mafia at all? If the mafia wanted to lead a mislynch on a townie, what would killing Paperhorse do? Killing her is the opposite of what your logic dictates. Paperhorse was planning on leading a lynch on Crackfox, so I'm not sure exactly how that wouldn't be beneficial to the mafia. I knew early on that Paperhorse was not a threat because of her abilities. I don't see how this could be anything but a random nightkill. :I
Voting for jda doesn't seem all that sensible for me. The reasons behind voting don't fit at all to me. Most notably the type part
Dangerous Circus
Even the fact that Mijzelffan was the cop, and seemed adamant to vote jda95 doesn't make sense to you? That's mainly why I'm voting him. I don't care about the types thing.
That'd be ignoring the fact that Mijz clearly identified that he was voting for me BECAUSE of the type thing....
Hmm. There are a couple of things that have been starting to feel that they don't fully fit the 'jda is mafia' scenario. One of them is that nobody seems to be defending him. It is not really beneficial to the mafia let their comrade being lynched without doing anything to prevent that unless special cases as a guilty cop check. And we don't know if jda was checked by mijz. His reasoning was pretty much the overlapping claims. And if he did check jda and jda came up as a mafia why didn't he tell that to CrackFox? He did tell that Mintaka came up as a mafioso after all. So...

He could have just gave that reasoning to cover up the fact that he was the cop. I don't think you would want to give yourself away right in the beginning. But fine, whatever, although I still feel uneasy about unvoting him right now.

Nobody had stepped up as town leader in Gardevoir's absence. However, that was good, in a way: people were more free to discuss, and they could come to a mutual conclusion, instead of following a strict guideline set by only one person. The discussion was sullen that day -- even the weather seemed to have dimmed now that the Mayor was gone. Many knew that they had to move on, though, and a plucky Pokémon pledged their case against Jynx, the creature who seemingly got her pleasure through somewhat unwholesome entertainments. Many of the lower Pokémon in the Vale visited her for a little 'chat' -- and more. It was not only those who were low in society that came to call, though -- Jynx had gained a lot of valuable information for just a little of her time most nights.
The case that this Pokémon raised against Jynx was deemed by the others to be quite solid, and they quickly followed on the new lead. By the end of the day, Jynx was sentenced to death. The Pokémon who originally raised the case was not so sure, as Jynx had defended herself somewhat, but the congregation was so captivated in the idea of having revenge on somebody who sounded very suspicious that they did not heed. Grabbing their lynchee, they dragged her away from the area.
As dusk fell, there lay accomplished grins on almost every face.

It is now Night 4.
You may now use any night actions you have.
The next phase update will be on 25TH SEPTEMBER, 2012 at 8/9PM GMT.
Apparently I shouldn't have doubted Paperhorse and myself at all in the end.
Well, I admit I was wrong. I was wrong when I thought that I was wrong.
Anyways, could the doctor please contact me?
EDIT: and I wouldn't oppose taking other claims as well.
