Tribbles are small loveable creatures that live throughout the galaxies. Little balls of colored fur, they are a gentle species that respond to affection with a warm purr. Apart from their cooing, Tribbles exist for only two purposes: to eat and to reproduce more Tribbles, both of which they do almost continuously. Their voracious appetites, however, do not make them fat; in fact, eating only makes them asexually reproduce in greater numbers. Hence, a single Tribble is not merely one Tribble, but an entire colony unto itself. They make wonderful pets for humans who are willing to accept the risks associated with such prolific creatures. Klingons, however, detest Tribbles, and have a creature called a glommer to devour them.

As you can reproduce so much your goal is to outnumber the other players with Tribbles. You will gain one Tribble every phase.
